BDM – Business Development Manager

Position: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Sangli

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Industry: Banking / BFSI / Sales

Job Responsibilities

Generate new business leads through field visits, references, calling, and networking.

Identify potential customers and develop new business opportunities.

Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Handle customer requirements and provide suitable financial products/services.

Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve business objectives.

Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain customer records.

Conduct market visits and competitor analysis.

Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of customer applications.





Follow company policies and compliance guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

Any Graduate candidate can apply.

1–5 years of experience in Banking / BFSI / Financial Sales / Business Development preferred.

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Willingness to travel within the assigned area.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
