Job Description – Project Site Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, quality execution, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage multiple construction and interior fit-out projects simultaneously.

* Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within the approved timeline and budget.

* Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.

* Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.

* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, contractual requirements, and quality standards.

* Monitor project costs, budgets, procurement, and cash flow to achieve commercial objectives.

* Review BOQs, estimates, material requirements, and billing certifications.

* Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards are maintained.

* Lead project review meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and ensure timely closure of action items.

* Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

* Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of work.

* Ensure statutory compliance, safety regulations, and company policies are followed at all project sites.

* Coordinate project handover, snag rectification, and final project close-out documentation.

* Provide leadership, mentoring,



and technical guidance to Site Engineers and project teams.

* Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

* Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Architecture

* PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is an added advantage.

* Minimum 5years of experience in construction and interior fit-out projects, with at least 2-3 years in a Project Manager role.

* Experience in hospitality, retail, commercial offices, restaurants, hotels, and premium residential projects is preferred.

Technical Skills

* Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, interior fit-out execution, and MEP coordination.

* Ability to interpret Architectural, Structural, Interior, and MEP drawings.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

* Working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or other project planning software is preferred.

* Strong understanding of BOQ preparation, budgeting, cost control, procurement, contract administration, and project billing.

* Familiarity with quality assurance, safety standards, and project documentation.
