✅ Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass

✅ Good Communication and Customer-Handling Skills

✅ Willingness to work in the field

✅ Candidates should be comfortable travelling to nearby villages and customer locations

? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

? Handle Micro Finance / JLG Loan collection activities.

? Visit customers for regular and overdue payment collection.

? Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and dues.

? Visit customers’ homes and business locations as required.

? Maintain regular contact with customers and guarantors.





? Identify overdue and delinquent accounts and follow up for recovery.

? Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the branch.

? Maintain proper records of customer visits and collection details.

? Coordinate with the branch team and report daily collection updates.

? Maintain professional communication and valuable customer relationships.

Muzaffarpur and other locations across Bihar.

The company will provide a working branch within approximately 80–100 km of the candidate’s home location, depending on availability.
