Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise Field Collection Executives.
- Assign daily targets and ensure collection achievement.
- Monitor field visits, recoveries, and team performance.
- Handle overdue accounts and customer escalations.
- Maintain daily MIS and collection reports.
- Ensure compliance with company and RBI guidelines.
Requirements:
- Experience in NBFC / Banking / Loan Recovery.
- Team handling and leadership skills.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic Excel and reporting knowledge.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
