Job Description – Credit Manager

- Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate loan applications and assess customer creditworthiness.
- Analyze financial statements, bank statements, and credit bureau reports.
- Assess credit risks and recommend loan approvals as per company policies.
- Monitor loan portfolios, overdue accounts, and repayment performance.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, and recovery teams.
- Prepare credit assessment reports and maintain accurate records.
- Required QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in credit management, loan underwriting, or banking/NBFC.
- Robust analytical, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and credit assessment procedures.
