Field Sales Executive (or Outside Sales Representative) is responsible for generating new business, conducting site inspections, closing service contracts, and managing client relationships for pest management services.

Job Overview & Role Purpose

- Role Type: Field Sales / Individual Contributor
- Primary Objective: Drive recent sales productivity, hit monthly targets, manage customer expectations, and handle collections/renewals within an assigned territory.
- Reports To: Branch Manager or Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Sales

- Identify and follow up with prospective residential, commercial, or industrial clients.
- Conduct in-person field visits, cold calling, and door-to-door or B2B presentations.
- Perform detailed Site Inspections and Service Risk Assessments (SRAs) at customer locations.
- Prepare and present customized pest management quotations and cost sheets through company systems.
- Maximize the conversion of inquiries and leads into confirmed orders.
- Manage contract renewals and upselling opportunities with existing accounts

Operations & Customer Coordination

- Set realistic customer expectations regarding pest treatment limitations, frequencies (e.g., visit-based scheduling), and outcomes.
- Share cost sheets, material requirements, and client expectations with the Operations and Service Planning teams before service delivery.
- Coordinate scheduling through official planners; do not make direct scheduling commitments to customers without confirmation.
- Address customer complaints and assist back-office/operations teams in resolving service issues.

3. Administration, Reporting & Collections

- Capture complete and accurate customer data (contact numbers, emails, addresses with landmarks) in management software (such as iCABS or CRM platforms).
- Ensure timely invoice submissions, follow up on payment collections, and track Daily Sales Outstanding (DSO).
- Maintain and update daily/monthly performance grids (MPG) and sales reports.
