A Collections Team Leader is responsible for managing and guiding a team of field collection executives and telecalling agents to achieve monthly debt recovery targets, improve cash flow, and ensure timely payment collection while maintaining professional standards and compliance.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise field collection executives and telecalling agents.
- Monitor daily collection activities and achieve monthly recovery targets.
- Allocate accounts, assign field visits, and track follow-ups.
- Handle overdue accounts, escalations, and difficult customer cases.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and collection reports.
- Ensure professional customer communication and compliance with collection policies.
- Motivate team members and provide guidance to improve collection performance.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience in debt collection,



loan recovery, or accounts receivable.
- Experience handling both field collection teams and telecalling agents.
- Strong team management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve collection targets and prepare daily and monthly reports.
- Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 per month
- Petrol Allowance: ₹3,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: Performance-based incentives
- Total Fixed Monthly Earnings: ₹28,000–₹33,000, plus incentives
