Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Factory Supervisor with strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, fitting, assembly, and AutoCAD drawings to supervise our factory operations and manage the production team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily factory operations, fabrication, welding, fitting, and assembly work.
- Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and AutoCAD drawings.
- Guide workers and technicians to ensure quality production and timely completion of jobs.
- Coordinate material requirements, production schedules, and manpower allocation.
- Inspect finished components and assemblies to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
- Ensure proper use of tools, machinery, and workshop equipment.
- Monitor worker productivity, discipline, safety, and housekeeping.
- Coordinate with the purchase, stores, and management teams for smooth production.
- Required SkillsGood practical knowledge of fabrication, welding, fitting,



and mechanical assembly.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D drawings.
- Ability to measure components using measuring instruments and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Experience in supervising factory workers and managing production activities.
- Good problem-solving, planning, and team-management skills.
- Qualification & ExperienceITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in fabrication and manufacturing.
- Candidates with hands-on workshop experience and robust drawing knowledge will be preferred.

Preferred CandidateA practical, responsible, and technically strong supervisor who can independently manage fabrication and assembly activities and ensure quality work is completed on time.
