About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to join our growing team. If you have experience in residential real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for achieving targets, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert qualified leads into successful sales.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential projects.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and project demonstrations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with the Sales Manager to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, booking, and post-sales support.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities,



and project developments.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1–2 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi is preferred.
