Role overview, We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Store Manager to lead daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and achieve sales targets.
- Responsibilities Manage day-to-day store operations, opening/closing, and cash handling.
- Lead, schedule, train, and motivate store staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, merchandising, and stock levels.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and visual presentation.
- Prepare daily or weekly sales and inventory reports.
- RequirementsPrevious retail or store-management experience.
- Robust leadership, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Comfortable with sales targets, inventory, and cash procedures.
- Flexible availability, including weekends if needed.
