? Working Days: Monday to Saturday

? Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (plus attractive incentives based on lead conversion)

Key Responsibilities:

•Make outbound calls to potential clients from leads generated via IndiaMART.

•Communicate the value and perks of our products/services to prospective clients.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

•Achieve and exceed sales targets through lead conversion.

•Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries promptly.





•Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow up as necessary.

Requirements:

•Proven experience in telecalling or a similar sales role.

•Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

•Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

•Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
