? Position: Business Development Associate (BDA)

?? Job Responsibilities:

1. Connect with startup founders, business owners, directors and entrepreneurs through calls, virtual meetings, and consultations. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable business solutions and growth opportunities.

.2. Explain services including Company Incorporation, MSME Registration, Startup India Certification, Digital Marketing, Website development, IT Services, Operational Support and Compliance Services.

3. Build trust with prospective clients and convert leads into successful clients. Generate recent business opportunities and achieve monthly revenue, conversion and performance targets.

4.



Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Coordinate with internal operations and compliance teams for smooth service execution.

5. Maintain CRM records and ensure regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.?

Experience: • Freshers are welcome to apply

• Experienced candidates: Minimum 6 months of experience required

? Salary:• Freshers: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.5 LPA• Experienced: Up to ₹4 LPA
