Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests and provide polite, professional customer service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them on time.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow restaurant hygiene standards, SOPs, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel is preferred.
- Valuable communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and manage busy shifts.
- Well-groomed, punctual, and disciplined.
