Role summary We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our residential and/or commercial properties. You will generate and handle leads, conduct site visits, guide clients through the buying process, and close sales while delivering a professional customer experience. Key responsibilities   Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, digital enquiries, channel partners, referrals and local outreach. Follow up promptly on all enquiries and maintain regular contact with prospects until closure.  Understand each client’s requirements, budget and timeline, and recommend suitable properties or units.         Conduct site visits and project presentations, explaining layouts, pricing, amenities, payment plans and possession timelines. Negotiate within approved pricing limits and close bookings. Coordinate with the legal, accounts, loan and documentation teams to complete agreements, payments and registration. Guide buyers on home loan options and coordinate with banking partners where needed. Record all leads, visits and follow-ups accurately in the CRM,



and report daily and weekly activity. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track competing projects and local market trends, and share feedback with management. Maintain good post-sale relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. Qualifications and experience    Graduate in any discipline (a degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is a plus). Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, with a track record of meeting targets. Knowledge of the local property market, micro-markets and pricing is an advantage.
