We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated female candidates to join our team as HR Recruiters. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in recruitment and human resources.

The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process from initial sourcing to successful placement.

Key Responsibilities

- Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Contact candidates to explain job opportunities and verify their interest and eligibility.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving monthly hiring targets.
- Ensure timely communication and a positive candidate experience.





Eligibility Criteria

- Female candidates only.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience in any domain may apply.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, WhatsApp, and internet browsing.
- Ability to work independently and manage recruitment activities from home.
- Willingness to learn recruitment techniques and work towards targets.
- A laptop or desktop and a stable internet connection are preferred.

Salary and Benefits

- Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 per month.
