Company: Staffify India Pvt Ltd

Work Mode: Work From Home (WFH), willing to travel and visit clients.

Location: Kolkata

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary: Up to ₹20,000/- take-home per month

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. SOURCING & SCREENING

* Source prospective candidates.

* Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings.

* Evaluate candidate suitability against client specifications.

2. INTERVIEW COORDINATION

* Schedule interview rounds between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.

* Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth completion of the interview process.

3. END-TO-END TRACKING





* Track candidate status throughout the selection process up to onboarding.

* Maintain and update recruitment database records.

### REQUIREMENTS

* Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent experience.

* Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Work Infrastructure: Reliable internet connection and laptop/PC required.

* Work Ability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
