We are looking for a compassionate, dedicated and experienced School Counselor to support the emotional, social, behavioural and academic well-being of our students.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group counseling to students.
- Identify and address emotional, behavioural, social and academic challenges.
- Work closely with teachers, parents and school management to support student development.
- Guide students in building confidence, emotional resilience and positive behaviour.
- Maintain confidential counseling records and student progress reports.
- Conduct student wellness workshops, awareness sessions and parent guidance programmes.
- Promote a safe, supportive and inclusive school environment.
- QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology or a related field.




- Relevant training in child or school counseling will be an added advantage.
- Experience1–2 years of relevant counseling experience required.
- Prior experience working with school students will be preferred.
- Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience and strong listening skills.
- Understanding of child psychology and adolescent development.
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers and parents.
- Solid documentation skills and professional confidentiality.
