Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient cash handling and customer service.
- Oversee team handling, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Handle cashier activities such as deposits, withdrawals, and transactions.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues related to branch operations.
- Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations and maintain accurate records.

- Cross Selling products: Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Motor Insurance, SIP, Fixed Deposits, Pre-Approved & Pre Qualified Loans.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 3-7 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
- Solid skills in branch handling, branch management, cashier activities, NBFC operations.
- Ability to lead teams effectively through team leading or team handling roles.
