We are looking for a confident and result-oriented B2B Telesales Executive to connect with potential business customers, introduce Botriq’s robotics solutions, generate qualified leads, and schedule sales meetings and product demonstrations. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B telecalling, robust communication skills, and the ability to engage prospects professionally and follow up consistently.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to potential B2B customers and generate leads.
•Identify customer requirements and qualify potential leads.
• Schedule sales meetings and product demonstrations.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Handle basic customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain lead records and update CRM or spreadsheets.
• Coordinate with the sales team and share customer feedback.
• Achieve daily, weekly,
and monthly calling and lead-generation targets. Required Qualifications & Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B telecalling, telesales, or lead generation
• Good spoken English and Hindi with clear communication skills.
• Confidence in speaking with business owners and decision makers.
• Strong persuasion, listening, and follow-up skills. • Ability to handle cold calls, rejections, and customer objections.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
• Willingness to learn about robotics products and their business applications.
• Must be based in Indore and available to work on-site. Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in B2B technology sales, automation, SaaS, or related industries.
