- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of business targets.
- Supervise sales support processes, documentation, and policy issuance.
- Coordinate with sales teams and internal departments for smooth operations.
- Track team performance, prepare MIS reports, and resolve process-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and IRDAI guidelines.
- Handle escalations and improve operational efficiency and customer service.
Requirements: Graduate / HS PASS in any discipline, with relevant experience in sales supervision, sales operations, or insurance processes. Robust communication, team management, and Excel skills preferred.
