Key Responsibilities

- Source IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Understand US client requirements, job descriptions, and technical skill requirements.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and eligibility to work in the US.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or vendors.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and ATS/CRM records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Work closely with US staffing clients, vendors, and internal recruitment teams.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely communication.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written English communication.
- Basic understanding of US IT recruitment and staffing processes.
- Familiarity with technical job roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, QA Engineer, and DevOps Engineer.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean search, and candidate sourcing.
- Solid follow-up, negotiation, and coordination skills.




- Ability to work independently during US business hours.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
- Previous experience in US IT recruitment or staffing will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)Performance will be measured through:

- Relevant candidate profiles sourced per day.

- Qualified candidates submitted against active requirements.
- Interview conversion rate.
- Interview attendance and follow-up quality.
- Successful placements and recruitment revenue generated.
