Key Responsibilities

· Manage procurement, purchasing, and vendor coordination.

· Ensure timely availability of materials as per business requirements.

· Monitor inventory, stock levels, and material planning.

· Coordinate with vendors for pricing, quality, and delivery schedules.

· Manage logistics, transportation, and warehouse coordination.

· Coordinate with Production, Finance, and other departments.

· Prepare MIS reports for procurement, inventory, and supply chain activities.

· Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.

· Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

Candidate Requirements

· Post Graduate in any relevant discipline; MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations preferred.

· 3–5 years of relevant experience in SCM, Procurement, or Logistics.

· Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.

· Manufacturing/industrial experience will be preferred.
