Candidates should possess excellent communication and persuasive skills, the ability to engage with potential customers, generate leads, promote products or services, conduct regular follow-ups, convert leads into sales, and achieve business targets.

Designation: Telemarketing Executives

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products or services across different business portfolios.
- Generate leads, handle incoming enquiries, and convert prospective customers into sales or business opportunities.
- Use persuasive communication to engage customers, address their queries, and influence their decision-making.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to improve conversion rates.




- Communicate with vehicle owners and drivers to promote joining opportunities on app-based cab platforms, as required.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional and effective communication.
- Maintain accurate records of daily calls, customer interactions, lead status, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills in Hindi, Bangla, and English.
- Strong convincing attitude.
- Confident and professional in phone communication.
- Dynamic, innovative, and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of data handling and record maintenance.
