Position: Audit & Accounting Executive

Location: Deeg District (Village/Rural Site), Rajasthan

Employment Type: Full-time / Project-based Contract

Remuneration: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

1. Role Summary :

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented CA Inter, CA Finalist, or M.Com graduate to handle on-site accounting, financial data verification, and audit operations for an active engagement in Deeg, Rajasthan. This deployment provides direct hands-on operational exposure to field audits, financial reconciliations, and internal control reviews.

2. Key Responsibilities :

On-Site Accounting: Record daily transactions, process financial vouchers, and maintain accurate ledger entries at the site location.

Data Reconciliation & MS Excel Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel for daily data reconciliation, ledger matching, pivot summaries, and periodic audit reporting.

Field Verification: Inspect physical cash, inventory stocks, and supporting documentation against accounting entries.

Team Coordination:



Function as the primary on-site financial liaison and coordinate continuously with the central audit management team.

3. Eligibility & Candidate Requirements :

Educational Background: CA Inter / CA Final / M.Com / Senior Commerce Graduate.

Technical Proficiency:

- Strong working knowledge of Core Accounting Principles and Double-Entry Bookkeeping.
- Hands-on expertise in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Formatting, Reconciliation formulas).

Work Style & Location Adaptability: Willingness to live and work on-site in a rural village setting in Deeg, Rajasthan for the assignment duration.

Personal Attributes: High integrity, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving skills.

4. Compensation & Benefits :

Monthly Stipend / Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Commensurate with qualification and experience).
