About the RoleWe are looking for a agile and confident CRM Executive to manage patient enquiries and consultations for Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Dermatology, and Hair Transplant procedures. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be capable of converting leads into consultations through effective counselling and follow-up.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing patient calls.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Counsel patients regarding Plastic Surgery, Skin, and Hair Transplant treatments.
- Schedule consultations and appointments with doctors.
- Maintain patient records and CRM updates.
- Build trust and maintain professional patient relationships.
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
- Mandatory RequirementsFluent in English and Kannada (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in healthcare, cosmetic clinic, wellness, or CRM sales is preferred.




- Strong follow-up and patient counselling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
- Immediate joining availability preferred.
