Swift Technoplast is looking for a Process Coordinator who can bring clarity, discipline and consistent follow-up to day-to-day business processes. This role is suitable for someone who takes ownership of assigned work, communicates professionally and enjoys solving coordination challenges in a manufacturing environment.

Job SummaryThe Process Coordinator will track ongoing activities, maintain accurate records, coordinate with relevant departments and ensure that deadlines and process requirements are followed. The role will help improve visibility, reduce delays and support smooth business operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with departments to track tasks, commitments and deadlines.
- Maintain trackers, MIS reports and daily status updates.
- Follow up on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain accurate documentation and process records.
- Identify delays, bottlenecks and risks, and escalate them promptly.
- Coordinate meetings and track action points to completion.
- Verify information accuracy and completeness before handovers.
- Support process improvement and standardisation initiatives.
- Skills RequiredStrong coordination and follow-up skills.




- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and spreadsheets.
- Explicit written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Task prioritisation and time management.
- Problem-solving and escalation skills.
- Ability to work with multiple departments.

Experience2 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.

Candidates with experience as an Operations Executive, Process Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Production Coordinator, Order Processing Executive or Project Coordinator may be suitable.

Preferred and Comparable IndustriesIndustrial manufacturing, automotive components, engineering, packaging, logistics, warehousing, FMCG and B2B distribution.

Candidates from comparable B2B industries with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

EducationA graduate degree in any discipline is preferred. Relevant practical experience and demonstrated coordination ability will also be considered.
