Role OverviewThe Telemarketing Executive will be responsible for generating qualified leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, promoting Just Dial’s services, and scheduling appointments for the Business Development team.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound cold calls to potential business clients.
- Promote Just Dial’s products and digital services.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for Business Development Executives.
- Communicate the benefits and value proposition of Just Dial’s services effectively.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.




- Maintain accurate customer information and call records in the CRM system.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.
- Work six days a week from the office.
- Candidate RequirementsUndergraduate or graduate qualification.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Ability to handle outbound calls and interact professionally with clients.
