Working Days: 6 Days a Week (Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days)

Job Summary:

Policybazaar is looking for agile and result-oriented Relationship Managers / Field Sales Executives to drive sales of Health Insurance and Term Insurance products through field sales activities. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, and recommending suitable insurance solutions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate business through field sales activities and customer meetings.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through open-market sourcing.
- Explain Health Insurance and Term Insurance products to prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive business growth.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful sales.




- Maintain daily sales reports and ensure timely updates to the reporting manager.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Bike and valid Driving Licence (DL) are mandatory.
- Must be comfortable with field sales and regular travelling.
- Should be proficient in the local/regional language of the assigned location.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including mandatory Saturday and Sunday working.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve business targets.
- Candidates with experience in insurance sales, BFSI, banking, loans, or other field sales roles will be preferred.
