Job SummaryWe are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented B2B Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business leads, connecting with corporate clients, promoting products or services, and achieving sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
- Connect with potential corporate clients and explain the company's products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.




- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
- Required SkillsGood communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of B2B sales and lead generation.
- Ability to handle objections and close sales.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build client relationships.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate or undergraduate candidates may apply, depending on experience.
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
