- Assist senior chefs in daily kitchen operations and food production.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Ensure proper storage, labelling, and rotation of ingredients.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, workstations, and utensils.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.
- Follow company SOPs and kitchen safety guidelines.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Eligibility CriteriaQualification: Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant culinary qualification preferred.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with relevant kitchen experience may apply.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and food safety.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
