About the RoleWe are looking for a result-oriented and experienced Team Leader to lead our admissions and counseling team in the EdTech sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team performance, achieving admission targets, monitoring leads, and ensuring a smooth student admission process.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate a team of Education Counselors or Admission Executives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly admission targets and ensure their achievement.
- Monitor team performance, conversion rates, follow-ups, and lead management.
- Guide team members in student counseling, sales techniques, and objection handling.
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective students.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Coordinate with universities and internal departments to ensure smooth admission processing.




- Ensure accurate student documentation and compliance with university requirements.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans to achieve business goals.
- Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, admissions, counseling, or team management.
- Prior experience in the EdTech or education industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sales targets, lead conversion, and CRM tools.
- Ability to manage a team and work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
