Job Title: B2B Telecaller / Telesales Executive (Reseller & Wholesale Sales)Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and persuasive B2B Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our growth team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective resellers, retailers, and bulk buyers, explaining our product offerings, and converting potential leads into active long-term business partners.

- Key Responsibilities:Outbound Pitching: Conduct outbound calls to prospective resellers, wholesale clients, and retailers to pitch our product catalog and business proposition.
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Qualify leads from incoming inquiries and directory lists; identify potential high-volume buyers and maintain regular follow-ups.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain solid, long-term working relationships with resellers, understanding their inventory needs and ordering cycles.
- Catalog & Offer Communication: Present product details, volume pricing, profit margins, schemes, and promotional offers clearly to prospective clients.
- Order Processing & Support: Assist resellers through the onboarding process, take initial order details,



and coordinate with the dispatch/fulfillment team to ensure timely delivery.
- Database & CRM Management: Maintain accurate logs of calls, follow-ups, reseller feedback, and pipeline status in the CRM/Excel sheets.
- Market Feedback: Collect feedback on market demand, competitor pricing, and reseller requirements to help refine sales strategies.
- Key Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B telecalling, telesales, channel partner onboarding, or reseller management (experience in apparel, wholesale, or e-commerce is a plus).
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication and persuasive skills in Hindi and English (regional language proficiency is an advantage).
- Sales Orientation: Target-driven with strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools for tracking calls and leads.
- Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly understand technical/product details and communicate pricing and commercial terms effectively.
