Job Description: Political Consultant – Associate / Senior AssociateCompany: Kautilya Research & Consulting (KRAC)

Location: Lucknow, Kanpur, Varanasi/Banaras, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 0–4 Years (Freshers can apply)

Salary: ₹75,000–₹80,000 per month (CTC), based on experience and interview performance

Qualification: Minimum 70% in Class 10th and 12th; postgraduate degree preferred

Language: Hindi proficiency required

Laptop: Own laptop mandatory

Job Type: Contractual – November 2026 to mid-March 2027 (4.5 months), extendable based on project requirements.

- Key ResponsibilitiesExecute political campaigns and outreach activities at the Assembly Constituency level.
- Conduct ground research, collect local insights, and prepare reports.
- Coordinate with local stakeholders, influencers, volunteers, vendors, and campaign teams.
- Monitor campaign activities, voter feedback, and local political developments.
- Support community mobilisation,



social media engagement, and local content creation.
- Prepare presentations, activity trackers, and campaign progress reports.
- Identify field-level challenges and recommend practical solutions.
- Required SkillsUnderstanding of Uttar Pradesh's political landscape and local issues.
- Robust communication, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and social media.
- Willingness to travel and stay across Uttar Pradesh, including rural areas.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and during campaign events.

Preference: Candidates from Uttar Pradesh, especially Lucknow, Kanpur, and Varanasi.
