We are hiring a full time HR Recruiter in Mumbai to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. You will source, screen, and onboard top talent to support our growing business.
Core Responsibilities
- Source Talent: Find qualified candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and local Mumbai networks.
- Screen & Interview: Review resumes, conduct initial phone/video screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage Offers: Handle salary negotiations, initiate background checks, and manage the onboarding process.
- Track Metrics: Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report weekly hiring updates to leadership.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in corporate recruitment or an HR agency.
- Education: Graduate degree (MBA in HR is preferred).
- Skills: Strong communication, expertise in advanced Boolean searches, and proficiency with ATS platforms.
- Location Factor: Deep knowledge of the Mumbai job market and local talent pools.
