Job Title: All-Rounder Chef – Hotel & Restaurant

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled All-Rounder Chef for our hotel. The candidate should be capable of preparing a variety of Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, as per the hotel’s menu and requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
- Handle Indian cuisine, including North Indian, Chinese and other popular dishes.
- Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene and presentation.
- Manage kitchen preparation, inventory and food wastage.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
- Handle restaurant orders, room service and small party/event orders.
- Work efficiently during busy hours and manage kitchen operations independently.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Chef in a hotel or restaurant preferred.
- Must be able to cook multiple types of dishes.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Hardworking, punctual and responsible.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen duties.

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
