Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and coordinate day-to-day activities on the assigned floor.
- Assist patients and visitors with their queries and requirements.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception, and other hospital staff.
- Ensure patients have a smooth, comfortable experience.
- Monitor cleanliness, discipline, and overall floor operations.
- Handle basic patient concerns and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain proper communication between different departments.
- Ensure the floor is organised and functioning smoothly throughout the shift.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Hindi and Gujarati communication will be preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Positive coordination and basic problem-solving skills.

Training will be provided.
