Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative (ISR) to drive sales growth, expand market presence, develop customer relationships, and strengthen our distribution network. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
- Drive sales growth and achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage territory sales, market coverage, and customer visits.
- Negotiate pricing, trade schemes, and commercial terms with clients.
- Promote products and communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, and timely delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.




- Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and track sales performance.
