The Drilling Site Supervisor will oversee borewell and recharge well drilling at client sites from start to finish, making sure the work follows the approved quote or BOQ in terms of drilling point, bore diameter, depth, and casing. He or she will coordinate with the rig crew, vendors, and client representatives, record the lithology log, water strikes, and yield accurately, and monitor material use such as casing and gravel, flagging any variation in advance. The role also includes enforcing site safety, leaving the site clean after completion, and submitting daily reports, photos, videos, and measurement sheets to the office on time.
