*Key Responsibilities:*





• Manage and lead a team of 7–10 FOS/FSEs.

• Drive merchant acquisition and onboarding.

• Promote QR Codes, Soundbox and digital payment solutions.

• Monitor daily sales activities and team performance.

• Guide, train and motivate the field sales team.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Track team productivity and take corrective actions.

• Maintain strong relationships with merchants.

• Drive business growth in the assigned territory.

Salary:

• Monthly Fixed Gross: ₹35,000

• Approx. In-Hand: ₹30,800/month

• PF Deduction: ₹3,600/month

• Insurance Deduction: ₹600/month

*Important:* The candidate should be comfortable with 100% field sales, team handling, merchant acquisition and target-based work. The role requires bringing/onboarding a team of 7–10 FOS/FSEs at the time of joining.
