Job Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and target-driven Business Manager / Executive to drive sales of BharatBenz Commercial Vehicles. The role involves end-to-end customer handling from lead generation to closure.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

1. Business Development: To identify and establish contact with potential customers proactively through field visits, references & cold calling.

2. Account Management: Maintaining contact with new and existing customers to advertise the product sales and deliver a detailed account strategy.

3. Lead Management: Responding to sales inquiries from new & existing customers on time.

4. Sales Targets: Meeting annual / monthly sales goals and targets.

5. Product Promotion: Delivering presentations of the company products & product Demos at customer sites, exhibitions etc.

6. CRM Management: Maintaining the company's contact database management with up-to-date contact,



accurate and activity details.

7. Feedback & Improvement: Providing feedback of potential customers and members to enhance product functioning and the service delivery.

8. Internal Coordination: Ensuring effective internal communication within the Sales, Marketing team and Customer Support and across the company.

9. Market Intelligence: Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborators and competitor activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.

Desired Profile:

- Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred

- Excellent Communication, Negotiation & Presentation Skills

- Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory

- Passion for Automobile / Commercial Vehicle Sales
