Job Description -
We are looking for an experienced catering operation manager to oversee daily
catering operations, manage staff, ensure food quality, and deliver excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities - Manage Daily catering operations and event execution.
Supervise kitchen staff, house keeping staff, service staff and vendors.
Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
Manage inventory food costs, and budgets.
Coordinate with the clients and handle event requirements.
Experience in catering , hospitality or food service operation.
Qualification - Hotel Management Mandatory & Immediate joiner required.
