1. WCC – Customer Support Executive

Openings: 100

- Salary: ₹16,500–₹18,000 per month
- Education: Graduation mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 1 year mandatory
- Languages: Excellent English + any one of Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, or Malayalam
- Work Schedule: As per process requirements

2. MLOB – Customer Support Executive

Openings: 50

- Salary: ₹18,000–₹20,000 per month
- Education: Graduation mandatory
- Experience: Minimum 1 year mandatory
- Languages: Excellent English + any one of Kannada, Tamil, Hindi, or Malayalam
- Work Schedule: 5 days working, 2 rotational weekly offs

3. IPRU – Customer Support Executive

Openings: 30

- Salary: ₹13,700–₹15,500 per month
- Education: PUC / 12th pass and above
- Languages: Good English + any one of Hindi, Marathi, Bengali, Odia, or Assamese
- Work Schedule: 6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off

5. DTH / OB – Customer Support Executive

Openings: 15

- Salary: ₹12,500–₹14,000 per month
- Education: PUC / 12th pass and above
- Languages: Average English + any one of Tamil or Malayalam
- Work Schedule: 6 days working, 1 rotational weekly off

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries over calls and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Communicate professionally in the required languages.
- Maintain customer service quality and follow process guidelines.
- Record customer interactions accurately.
- Meet assigned performance and quality targets.
