Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Salary: ₹15,000–₹22,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.

* Provide accurate information about the company’s products and services.

* Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and promptly.

* Maintain positive relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.

* Maintain customer records and update information in the system.

* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.





* Meet customer service quality standards and performance targets.

Requirements

* 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer support or customer service.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle customer queries patiently and professionally.

* Graduate in any discipline preferred.
