# Job Description: Senior Sales Executive

## Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive for our Gold & Silver Jewellery Showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting jewellery, explaining product details, handling sales enquiries, and maintaining excellent customer relationships. Candidates with previous showroom or retail sales experience are preferred.

## Key Responsibilities

- Attend to customers and understand their needs and preferences.

- Explain jewellery designs, product quality, pricing, and other details.

- Assist customers in selecting suitable gold and silver jewellery.

- Handle customer enquiries and support customers throughout the purchasing process.

- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

- Maintain proper display, presentation, and organization of jewellery products.

- Support daily showroom operations and sales activities.

- Help achieve showroom sales targets.





- Ensure excellent customer service and a positive shopping experience.

## Requirements

- 6 month - 1 years of experience in showroom sales or retail sales.

- Jewellery showroom sales experience will be an advantage.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Presentable, confident, polite, and customer-focused personality.

- Ability to explain products clearly and assist customers professionally.

- Basic sales skills and a positive attitude.

- Interest in gold, silver, and jewellery products is preferred.

## Working Hours

10:00 AM to 8:30 PM

**Note:** Saturdays and Sundays are working days.
