Job Description: Project ManagerRole OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and resources, track progress, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and aligned with business objectives.

- Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning: Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with developers, designers, product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration.
- Execution and Delivery: Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and ensure deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
- Communication: Conduct regular team meetings, provide status updates, document decisions, and communicate risks and blockers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential challenges, resolve issues, and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Agile Project Management: Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives where applicable.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain project plans, task boards, progress reports, and key performance indicators.
- Stakeholder Management: Align team priorities with business goals and manage expectations across stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve workflows, team productivity, and project delivery processes.




- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing requirements.
