Job Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients.

- Promote and sell the company's loan, insurance, and financial services.

- Contact clients through phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

- Arrange client meetings and conduct field visits when required.

- Collect and verify client documents and KYC details.

- Coordinate with the Relationship Manager (RM) and other departments.

- Maintain daily sales reports, lead records, and client databases.

- Follow up with prospective clients to convert leads into successful business.

- Ensure professional client handling and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills





- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

- Knowledge of loans, banking products, and insurance is preferred.

- Good lead-generation and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM software.

- Ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate preferred.

- 1–2 years of experience in sales, banking, loans, or insurance preferred.

- Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also apply.

Performance Expectations

- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

- Maintain regular client follow-ups and update lead status.

- Submit daily performance reports to the reporting manager.
