Target Achievement

- Ensure the team meets daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Track KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.

Training & Development

- Provide training to current joiners.
- Help team members improve their skills and performance.

Communication

- Act as a bridge between management and the team.
- Share updates, targets, feedback, and changes in company policies.

Performance Evaluation

- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Offer constructive feedback and recognize top performers.

Problem Solving

- Resolve conflicts within the team.
- Handle escalations and support team members in challenging situations.

Reporting

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on team performance.
- Submit updates to higher management.
