What You Need to Have

5 to 10+ years in industrial manufacturing/Sheet Metal fabrication only; apply for this job.

Experience in Pharma Machinery, Food Machinery, or Chemical Process Equipment manufacturing. Work involving Stainless Steel (SS304, SS316, SS316L). Pharma machines require high-grade stainless steel and specialised mirror-finishing/polishing. TIG welding, Argon welding, sheet metal rolling, CNC machining, or plasma cutting.

Can read complex 2D/3D engineering drawings fluently

What You Will Do

- Plan the Work: Create daily and weekly schedules for the factory floor so customer orders are finished on time.
- Manage the Factory: Oversee workers like welders, fitters, and machine operators to ensure they are working efficiently.
- Check Quality: Make sure all machines are built exactly according to engineering drawings and meet high industry quality standards.
- Keep People Secure: Ensure everyone follows safety rules, wears protective gear, and keeps the workshop clean.
- Talk to Other Teams: Work closely with the design, purchase, and delivery teams to make sure there are enough raw materials and no delays.
