Job Type: Full time, Field Sales

Job Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Drive merchant acquisition and onboarding for Google Pay services.

- Promote UPI payments and QR code solutions to retail shops, small businesses, and merchants.

- Conduct daily field visits with team members to monitor performance and improve sales productivity.

- Identify new business opportunities and expand merchant coverage in assigned territories.

- Train team members on product knowledge, merchant pitching, customer handling, and onboarding procedures.

- Ensure accurate merchant registration and completion of required documentation.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and target achievements.

- Prepare daily sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.

- Resolve merchant queries and coordinate with the support team to address service-related issues.





- Motivate team members and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Any graduate preferred.

- Experience: 2–5 years in field sales, preferably with team-handling experience.

- Preferred Industry: Fintech, digital payments

- Experience with Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BharatPe, or QR code merchant acquisition is an advantage.

- Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage field teams and achieve business targets.
