Sales & Marketing Executive Serene Design Studio | Pune

Are you passionate about sales, marketing, customer relationships, and interior design?

Serene Design Studio is looking for a proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to help us expand our interior design business in Pune.

We want someone who can generate quality leads, build strategic partnerships, manage digital marketing activities, and convert potential customers into paying clients.

Your Responsibilities Sales & Client Management

- Handle enquiries and understand customers’ interior design requirements.
- Schedule client consultations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospects, coordinate quotations, and convert enquiries into projects.
- Maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Lead Generation & Partnerships

- Generate leads through housing societies, property brokers, builders, referrals, and online channels.
- Develop partnerships with real estate professionals and other relevant businesses.
- Identify new opportunities to grow Serene Design Studio’s presence in Pune.

Digital Marketing

- Coordinate Instagram and Facebook content, WhatsApp Business communication, and promotional campaigns.
- Help create engaging content showcasing our interior design projects.
- Monitor enquiries, campaign performance, and lead conversion.




- Work with external designers or agencies when required.

Reporting

- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Track weekly sales activities and monthly targets.
- Provide regular updates on leads, meetings, quotations, and bookings.
- What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, real estate, interior design, or a related industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in client meetings and sales conversations.
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing and WhatsApp Business.
- Good organisational skills and consistent follow-up habits.
- Willingness to travel locally for meetings and field marketing.
- A proactive, target-oriented attitude.
- Compensation & Benefits Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Performance-based incentives.
